What are Daily Collections on The CIRCA Vault?
We’ve launched an exciting new way to shop with our Daily Collections. The CIRCA Vault now offers a wide array of beautiful pre-owned jewelry and watches you can make offers on to purchase.
We feature new items every day. Each piece will remain available on our site for a limited time, with its own offer window and countdown clock, which might be updated from time to time. While the item is live in our Daily Collections, you can make an offer to purchase. When the offer window for an item closes, the highest confirmed offer wins.
How does it work?
See something you love in our Daily Collections? Simply make an offer to purchase before the countdown for that item expires.
When the offer window for an item closes, the highest confirmed offer wins. If your offer is the highest, within 48 hours, your payment method on file will be charged automatically for your offer amount plus any additional taxes and fees. You’ll be notified via email to confirm your preferred shipping details.
If your confirmed offer is not the highest, your payment method on file will not be charged.
You may return to the item page at any time before the offer window closes to review, modify, or withdraw your offer.
To participate in this exclusive shopping experience, we require account registration. By securely providing your shipping and payment details upfront, we can ensure a seamless checkout experience. When you make an offer, you’ll be prompted to create an account and provide some details for payment verification before your offer is confirmed.
How long are items featured in the daily collections?
Every piece within the Daily Collections is designated its own limited-time offer window, typically between 3 to 4 business days. The time window might be updated, from time to time. This timeframe allows you to evaluate the piece and make an offer to purchase. During this window, you may adjust or withdraw your offer at any point until that specific item’s offer window expires.
Are my offers binding?
Yes. Once the window to make an offer for an item closes, any confirmed offer you’ve made for that item is binding. If your confirmed offer was the highest, your payment method on file will be charged automatically.
If your confirmed offer was not the highest, your payment method will not be charged.
You may return to the item page at any time before the offer window closes to review or modify your offer.
How will I know if my offer wins?
If your confirmed offer is the highest, within 48 hours, we’ll send you a confirmation email and your payment method on file will be charged automatically. You’ll be prompted to provide and confirm your shipping details.

CIRCA's exclusive collection is comprised of pre-owned luxury jewelry, from world renowned brands including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Schlumberger, Verdura, Buccellati, Bulgari, and David Webb, to name a few.
Is the jewelry authentic?
Each piece of jewelry sold by CIRCA has been thoroughly examined for authenticity using advanced methods and testing equipment. CIRCA’s team of highly trained specialists and brand experts have decades of experience in jewelry brand authentication. Whenever available, original paperwork from the maker is noted in the item description and will accompany the jewelry.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All of our prices are listed in USD.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as financing options with Affirm or Shop Pay. If you would like to make your payment via wire transfer, please contact [email protected].
Where can I shop your collection?
Currently, our exclusively curated jewelry collection is available for purchase online only. Select items are available for viewing in New York City, by appointment only. Contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted. Please be advised that any international shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Items that have been sized or altered in any way from their original condition are final sale and not eligible for return. If your purchase was accompanied by an original box, original paperwork or other original collateral material, please be sure to include them as well. We will not be able to issue a refund without all the collateral material or if anything has been modified from its original condition.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Caring for your jewelry will keep it looking great and will ensure that it will last for generations to come. Everyday wear and tear can dull the surface of most precious metals. Routine hand washing with soap and water can coat a gemstone making it appear cloudy or milky. That is why CIRCA offers a free annual professional cleaning service. For basic cleaning at home, we recommend gently cleaning your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth, or with gentle soap and water.
You should avoid using any chemicals or harsh cleaning products, as this could permanently damage the precious metal and gemstones.
